Boorloo Bridge, previously known as the Causeway Pedestrian and Cyclist Bridges project, is now open.

The bridge will significantly improve connectivity, safety and amenity for the thousands of people who walk, wheel or ride to and from Perth CBD daily.

Boorloo Bridge features two six-metre-wide cable-stayed bridges over the Derbarl Yerrigan (Swan River), connecting the Victoria Park foreshore to Perth via Heirisson Island.

With major construction now complete, finishing touches are underway, including extensive landscaping work and creating a path network and connections across the Derbarl Yerrigan (Swan River).

Other highlights include state-of-the-art lighting capable of displaying moving images, as well as community amenities such as unique public art, seating, and rest areas to enjoy the views.
