Two new interchanges on Reid Highway are planned at Altone Road and Drumpellier Drive/Daviot Road. 

The interchanges will improve safety and traffic flow for residents and tourists, while also facilitating more efficient and reliable movement of freight.

The project plan includes a shared path for cyclists and pedestrians passing over the Altone Road on ramp and new PSP underpasses.

Construction on the project is due to commence in 2025.
