Belmont Park is undergoing a redevelopment to upgrade the road and shared path network.

The program of project works include delivery of a new footbridge over Graham Farmer Freeway, modifications to the intersection of Saintly Entrance from the Graham Farmer Freeway off-ramp, an additional southbound traffic lane on the Victoria Park Drive Bridge, and other safety and road improvements.

Enhancements to the area will improve Burswood Park and shared path connectivity, and makes provisions for future population growth needs.
